Cara A. Baugh has extensive experience representing foreign and domestic issuers in connection with public and private offerings, financings, mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Baugh also has experience in the formation and representation of broker-dealers and investment advisers, and in the organization and representation of private investment funds and investment managers in the United States and overseas.

Prior to joining Davidoff Malito & Hutcher LLP, Ms. Baugh was associated with the law firms of Lehman & Eilen LLP, Katten Muchin Zavis Rosenman LLP and Baer Marks & Upham LLP.

Ms. Baugh received a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 1999 where she served on the staff of the Fordham Environmental Law Journal. She received a B.A. magna cum laude from the State University of New York at Albany in 1992, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

Ms. Baugh is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association. Ms. Baugh is admitted to the New York Bar and New Jersey Bar, and she is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
