Audrey H. Bedolis is a member of the firm's litigation department and practices in the areas of business law and professional liability. She began her career in Cambridge, Massachusetts practicing at a boutique firm specializing in actions against professionals (primarily psychotherapists) for sexual misconduct. Ms. Bedolis has practiced commercial litigation in New York for the past 14 years and has represented banking institutions, private lenders and individual depositors. Ms. Bedolis represents creditors in the enforcement of judgments and depositors in mutual savings and loan institutions. Ms. Bedolis is also experienced in drafting and negotiating commercial leases and contracts, and represents businesses in their day-to-day affairs. She also handles residential real estate closings.

Ms. Bedolis graduated from Tufts University cum laude and received her juris doctor from Suffolk University Law School cum laude, where she received awards for academic excellence in evidence, family law and conflicts of law. She has co-authored several articles which have been published in various journals including the New York Law Journal. Ms. Bedolis served on the Professional Responsibility Committee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and is Vice Chair of the Mount Sinai Hospital Auxiliary Board Young Women's Division.
