Carolyn Blair, our Albany office manager, spent more than thirteen years working in the New York State Legislature. She gained vast knowledge of both the administrative and legislative processes while working for Senator Martin J. Knorr and Senator Michael J. Tully, Jr., before joining the firm in 1995.
