Jeffrey I. Citron has practiced law for over 25 years and has extensive experience in real estate and general commercial practice. Mr. Citron specializes in assisting private and public companies in securing financing grants and benefits for capital projects through the auspices of government agencies and lending institutions. He has served as counsel for the trustee for various Industrial Development Agencies and is a recognized authority in the negotiation of Industrial Revenue Bond financing. Mr. Citron received a degree in real estate from the American University in Washington, D.C. and is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School. Mr. Citron has served on the boards of numerous private, charitable and not for profit corporations. Mr. Citron is admitted in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and was an elected delegate to the State Judicial Conference in both the Southern and Eastern Districts.
