David Denenberg, a registered patent attorney, has extensive experience in intellectual property litigation, prosecution and counseling. Mr. Denenberg advises and counsels clients throughout the world and litigates cases, both bench trials and jury trials, throughout the United States.

In patent litigation, Mr. Denenberg successfully tried cases involving a wide array of subject matter, including semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, electronics, computers, chip technology, telecommunications, video conferencing, internet and ethernet, local and wide area networks, telephony networks, nutritional supplements, medical devices, laser apparatuses, laser and other surgical procedures, scanning devices, optical discs, bar coding, product packaging, dye making, point of purchase and many other technologies.

Mr. Denenberg has successfully litigated trademark, copyright, trade secret, trade dress, unfair competition and dilution actions. This includes litigation in numerous fields including high tech, software, music and entertainment.

Mr. Denenberg's practice includes the entire array of intellectual property portfolio management from inception and prosecution, to licensing and due diligence, to opinion work and litigation. Mr. Denenberg counsels clients on intellectual property assessment and protection, licensing strategies, and opinion and transactional matters.

Mr. Denenberg also practices environmental law. His practice includes counseling, permitting, regulatory matters and numerous successful litigations in spill cases, Superfund cases, toxic waste and hazardous materials.

As a chemical engineer who graduated from Cooper Union, Mr. Denenberg has unique experience as an engineer in the environmental services and semiconductor industries. This experience gives him unique skills as an intellectual property attorney and litigator. Mr. Denenberg is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey, the United States District Courts of the Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York, New Jersey, Colorado, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the United States Court of Federal Claims.

Mr. Denenberg is a Nassau County legislator serving his fourth term in office. As a Nassau County legislator, he chairs the legislature's committee on planning, development and environment. He is also a leader in high tech and software development and, in general, economic development in Nassau County.
