Howard E. Druckman is the former managing partner of this firm. His specialty is administrative and governmental law, including government bond financings and economic development programs. In this regard, Mr. Druckman previously represented The Bank of New York’s corporate trust department, which has acted as bond trustee in several hundred New York City Industrial Development Agency bond financings and has assisted numerous clients to structure purchase and/or lease deals to fit government programs. In addition, Mr. Druckman remains active in national and local government issues. He served in various advisory capacities to Vice President Walter F. Mondale, Senators Edward M. Kennedy, Edmund S. Muskie and Henry M. Jackson.
