Mark D. Geraghty has been active as a litigator throughout his career, with extensive experience in partnership and stockholders' disputes, commercial litigation, arbitration, and proceedings before regulatory agencies, particularly the Office of Thrift Supervision, which regulates Federal savings and loan institutions. He has also represented clients in substantial commercial transactions.
