Gerald Goldstein specializes in real estate law. He is a member of the Real Property Section of the New York State Bar Association and serves as co-chairman of the Committee on Residential Landlord and Tenant Proceedings. Mr. Goldstein has taught real estate courses at Hofstra University and New York University, has extensive experience in issues relating to government assisted housing and operational real estate and is the author of Evicting Drug Dealers, an article for the NYSBA, Real Property Section Newsletter. Mr. Goldstein was appointed by the presiding officer to the Nassau County Legislature Commission on Revenue Enforcement and Economic Development.
