Maria Groeneveld is an associate in our Corporate and Securities Law and Real Estate Department. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, securities, joint ventures, corporate finance, real estate and general corporate and commercial transactions. Prior to joining Davidoff Malito & Hutcher LLP, Ms. Groeneveld was a corporate associate at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP. Ms. Groeneveld earned her J.D., cum laude, from Fordham Law School in 1999. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a B.A. from Earlham College in 1994.
