Larry Hutcher has spent over 25 years with the firm in the practice of all aspects of commercial law. His broad range of experience includes litigation with a particular expertise in the field of "business divorce," namely, the representation of shareholders (majority or minority), partners (professional or non-professional) and LLC members in the resolution of ownership disputes and other intra-corporate issues. Mr. Hutcher has tried many complex cases, in both state and Federal courts, and has served as co-counsel on the largest breach of employment contract suit in the history of New York State. He also has extensive experience in arbitration and the area of alternative dispute resolutions.

Mr. Hutcher is a long standing member of the Metropolitan Business Network (MBN).
