PATRICK J. KILDUFF is a commercial litigator who specializes in the representation of national and international media companies with significant outdoor advertising holdings in Federal and State court proceedings as well as before regulatory and administrative agencies and in connection with the evaluation and acquisition of potential outdoor advertising assets. Mr. Kilduff has extensive experience in New York City Administrative Code enforcement proceedings including the defense of media companies, restaurants, cabarets and hospitals in criminal proceedings alleging violations of the New York City Zoning Resolution, Building Code and Fire Code as well as the New York State Alcoholic Beverage Control Law. Mr. Kilduff has litigated constitutional claims arising from the commercial speech and takings doctrines. In addition, he has experience in the prosecution and/or defense of contract, brokerage commission, employment discrimination, real property, commercial banking and corporate claims.

Mr. Kilduff is a 1995 graduate of Fordham University School of Law where he served as Articles Editor of the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal. He is a member of the bar of the States of New York and New Jersey and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
