Charles Klein specializes in corporate licensing and litigation matters, especially as they pertain to the fashion industry. Mr. Klein represents many leading fashion companies and America's leading luxury retailer. Mr. Klein was the founding president of The Fashion Roundtable, a fashion industry business information organization, and the editor/publisher of Fashion & The Law, a lively legal newsletter for the fashion industry. He is also the founder of The Fashion Service Network, a networking council of New York's leading service providers to the fashion industry. One of New York's leading licensing attorneys, Mr. Klein has written widely on the subject, including articles for License! and MR and The Fashion Manuscript magazines.

Mr. Klein graduated from Queens College cum laude in 1968 and received a masters in Urban Planning in 1972 from Hunter College magna cum laude. In 1977 Mr. Klein graduated from The New York University School of Law where he served on the Annual Survey of American Law.
