Gary I. Lerner graduated Phi Beta Kappa and summa cum laude from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1993, and received his JD cum laude from New York University School of Law in 1996. Mr. Lerner was formerly a litigation associate with Proskauer Rose, LLP; Slotnick, Shapiro & Crocker, LLP; and Cohan Lans LLP. Mr. Lerner has appeared frequently in federal and state courts in New York and other jurisdictions in partnership, contract, business torts, professional liability, employment discrimination and other matters.
