David Lieser specializes in corporate and commercial litigation in federal and state courts. He has extensive experience in all aspects of trial and appellate work, including the areas of employment, real estate, health care, intellectual property, trusts and estates, product liability and other civil litigation.

Mr. Lieser received his B.A. magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa from Binghamton University in 1993 and his J.D. from University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1996. He has served as a graduate instructor for Dale Carnegie Training. He was admitted as a member of the bar in the states of New York and New Jersey in 1996, and the federal courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey. He previously practiced at Goodwin Procter, LLP (formerly Schneck Weltman & Hashmall, LLP) and Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker, LLP.
