Robert J. Malito is celebrating his 33rd year as a distinguished lawyer and lobbyist in Albany and Washington. He was formerly legislative assistant to New York Mayor John V. Lindsay, director of government affairs for the New York City Economic Development Administration and Deputy Commissioner for Public Events, serving both Mayors Lindsay and Abraham Beame. He is a Carnegie fellow, an adjunct professor at C.W. Post Graduate School of Public Administration, and a member of the boards of trustees of Touro Law School and the National Center for Disability Services. He holds an Honorary Doctorate from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. Mr. Malito oversees the firm's activities in Washington and Albany, as well as special government relations work in Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester Counties.
