Ron Mandel's practice focuses on real estate development, with an emphasis on land use and zoning, real estate tax incentives, landmarks regulation and real estate transactional matters. He has appeared frequently before the Board of Standards and Appeals, City Planning Commission, Department of Buildings, Department of Housing Preservation and Development and other regulatory agencies on behalf of private developers and institutional clients. Mr. Mandel graduated Phi Beta Kappa and summa cum laude from the State University of New York at Binghamton, and received his JD from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he served as an Editor of the Journal of International and Comparative Law.
