Frank L Perrone, Jr. is a Senior Attorney in the firm's Litigation Department. His practice area includes civil and commercial litigation, criminal defense, real estate transactions, estate administration and planning. Mr. Perrone is also experienced in guardianship and guardianship proceedings under both Article 81 of the Mental Hygiene Law and Article 17-A of the Surrogate's Court Procedure Act.

Mr. Perrone is a former Assistant District Attorney in Queens County under the Honorable Richard A. Brown. He was a felony trial attorney and has argued before the Appellate Division of the New York State Supreme court. Mr. Perrone led teams of Major Case detectives in long-term narcotics, weapons, and money-laundering investigations, specializing in the use of electronic surveillance and eavesdropping in furtherance of these investigations. On behalf of the District Attorney, Mr. Perrone served as a representative to the U.S. Justice Department's Anti-Terrorism Working Group.
