Nathan A. Sheffield is a member of the firm's Entertainment and Sports Law practice group. His practice focuses on the development and production of film, television, theatre and music projects. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Sheffield was associated with the Herzog Law Group, where he worked on a wide variety of entertainment media transactional matters. Mr. Sheffield also has experience in the area of bankruptcy, having served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Rosemary Gambardella, former Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey; as senior law clerk for the boutique firm of Middlebrooks Shapiro & Nachbar, P.C.; and was the recipient of the Medal of Excellence given by the American Bankruptcy Institute. Additional experience includes work in corporate licensing and in trusts and estates.

Mr. Sheffield graduated with honors from the University of South Florida and received his JD from Seton Hall University School of Law. He has served on the board of directors of several not-for-profit arts and civic organizations and is an active member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and The Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
