Stephen A. Malito specializes in government relations and works in the firm's New York City, Albany and Washington, D.C. offices. He also practices in the areas of criminal law and litigation. A former Assistant District Attorney in Queens County under Honorable Richard A. Brown, Mr. Malito was a felony trial attorney, and has argued before the Appellate Division of the New York State Supreme Court. He clerked for Honorable Marian Blank Horn at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. Mr. Malito graduated magna cum laude from Touro Law School where he served as a research editor for the law review.
