Lewis M. Smoley has concentrated his practice during the past 35 years in commercial finance transactions and litigation. His substantial experience includes representing national and international financial institutions in multi-million dollar transactions and in a wide variety of complex litigation matters in both federal and state courts. He also serves as Chair of the Commercial Division Advisory Committee to the Office of Court Administration, as an active member of various advisory committees to the New York State Supreme Court, New York County, and has served as Chair of the Commercial & Federal Litigation section of the New York State Bar Association.
