Mark E. Spund, a former Assistant District Attorney in Queens County, specializes in corporate and commercial litigation in both Federal and state courts. His areas of concentration are employment discrimination and white-collar criminal defense. In addition to litigating highly complex, multimillion dollar contract actions, Mr. Spund has represented many large corporate and not for profit clients against claims of race, sex, age and disability discrimination. His criminal defense practice has included corporate and individual clients prosecuted in both Federal and state courts for various crimes, including RICO, Enterprise Corruption, and Medicare and Medicaid fraud. Mr. Spund is a 1974 graduate of the Washington College of Law of the American University in Washington, D.C. He is a member of the faculty of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law Intensive Trial Advocacy Program, and has served as a supervising attorney for the Cardozo Law School Innocence Project. |
