Steven I. Super's practice includes Commercial Litigation, Bankruptcy Litigation, Complex Litigation, Long Term Disability Insurance Litigation, Appeals and Commercial Transactions. With his professional degree in architecture, Mr. Super also provides legal services for all aspects of architectural practice including Dispute Resolution, Professional Service Contracts, Construction Contracts, Business Venture Agreements and Professional Liability.

Mr. Super received his Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 1997 and a Bachelor of Architecture from the New York Institute of Technology in 1992. He was a recipient of American Jurisprudence Awards in Contracts and Trusts and was selected for Who's Who Amongst American Law Students.

He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and Association of the Bar of the City of New York, as well as an Associate member of the American Institute of Architects. Mr. Super is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of New York, the U. S. District Courts of the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the U. S. Bankruptcy Courts of the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Super was a litigator with a litigation boutique firm, where he represented clients in commercial, bankruptcy and insurance matters, as well as provided risk management assessments in the areas of construction, architectural professional service, new technologies and innovative products. Previously, he was associated with a Manhattan firm focusing on mass tort and industry-wide litigation in the pharmaceutical, medical device and commercial product sectors.
