William P. Walzer provides guidance to companies in a range of industries concerning their relationships with employees, distributors, suppliers and customers. He frequently counsels company founders concerning their inter se relationships and succession plans. He represents purchasers and sellers of businesses and business interests.

Mr. Walzer has extensive experience in handling commercial real estate transactions which involve the needs of businesses and professional real estate entities. Such transactions include sales, leases, financings and exchanges. Mr. Walzer is knowledgeable of the real estate development process and of the laws which concern public offerings of real estate investments.

Mr. Walzer's practice also involves commercial litigation in both the federal and state courts of New York, providing representation in matters which frequently concern real estate or real estate entities.

Mr. Walzer is admitted to practice in the courts of the State of New York; the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and is also a member of the New York State and New York City Bar Associations.

Mr. Walzer is a 1981 graduate of Boston University Law School. In 1978, he earned a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Boston University's School of Management.
