Derek Wolman has extensive experience in a wide range of residential and commercial real estate matters, including apartment buildings, hotels, assisted living facilities, shopping centers and mixed use properties. His clients include buyers, sellers, developers, hotel operators, condominium sponsors, co-op and condominium boards and mortgage lenders. He also specializes in asset-based lending and distressed properties and counsels numerous not-for-profit and community organizations.

Mr. Wolman received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Temple University, cum laude, (1980) and his Juris Doctor's degree from New York Law School (1983). He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Real Estate Section, and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.

Mr. Wolman is a published author on legal topics, has been quoted in the New York Daily News and the New York Observer, and has served as a speaker regarding real estate topics, including licensing issues and creative solutions for financing distressed properties.
